North West Region Affiliation 2017/2018
Please download and complete this year’s Annual Club Affiliation Form for the Year 2017/18. Your club will have been sent a list of last year’s affiliated gymnasts as a prompt. If not please contact Sue Langley at nwga@sky.com
The Affiliation fee remains unchanged again this year at £50 per club plus £5.00 per competitive gymnast.
I am pleased to say that you can now send payment via Paypal using the email address nwga@sky.com , please use club name as reference.
Please complete the affiliation form with any additional gymnasts and return with tick list via email or post and send payment via paypal or a cheque made payable to NWGA by 31st October.
PLEASE NOTE:
Clubs NOT affiliated by 31st October will not be entitled to a club vote at the forthcoming AGM.
